PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Note: During high-volume periods (like Black Friday or new product launches), processing may take an extra day.

Carrier: We use reliable international logistics partners for the main leg of the journey, with final delivery handled by USPS (or your local postal service).

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your pup's package every step of the way.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS

No Signature Required: Most packages will be delivered to your mailbox or doorstep. You do not need to be home to sign for it.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, email us at hi@gigletto.com immediately (within 12 hours), and we will try our best to fix it before it ships.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo immediately. We will send a replacement free of charge. (We’ve got you covered!)

Lost Packages: While rare, if your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact us, and we will do our best to help you locate it.
