Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your Gigletto purchase.
If the fit isn't quite right or you change your mind, we are here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily used, soiled, or have excessive dog hair.
EXCHANGES (Best Option!) Did you order the wrong size? No problem! We know sizing for small breeds can be tricky. If you need a different size, please email us at hi@gigletto.com.

You will need to ship the original item back to us.

Once received, we will ship the new size to you for FREE (we cover the shipping cost of the new item).
RETURNS FOR REFUND If you would prefer a refund:

Please email hi@gigletto.com with your order number to initiate the return.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated return facility.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs) within 3-5 business days.
Please Note: Sale items and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS We inspect every item before it ships, but mistakes can happen. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please do not return it yet. Instead, email us immediately at hi@gigletto.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund immediately.
CANCELLATIONS Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipping. If you need to cancel, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
